We are passionate about bringing a complete event space to you.
North West Events have the widest range of marquees and tents servicing north west NSW. From pop-up structures through to large format clear span marquees (no internal poles) up to 100m in length.
We specialise in custom design and installation specific to your space requirements. From small, intimate functions right up to large scale events for 500 guests. Then we can transform the space with custom lighting, flooring, furniture and more.
Our marquees and tents include standard white roofing and can be fitted with white, clear or window walls.

We have a wide range of products available to help you create a memorable outdoor occasion at your unique location. Market umbrellas, outdoor lounge sets, trestle tables, chairs and lighting will create a space to remember. If you are hosting a gathering within your home and require additional tables and chairs we also have you covered.

Marquees, tents + shade structures
We design and create spaces specifically for your location.
Our tents and marquees start from 5m market style tents and range up to 100m long, all weather marquees. We can then add a custom walls, lighting and flooring installation to suit your style and needs.
tables, chairs, linen + tableware
We have a wide range of tables, chairs and linen available. Below you will see our timber top and standard trestle tables pictured with our white folding and timber cross back chairs. We have round tables and plastic white stacking chairs (pictures are available on request).
Our tableware includes:
tablecloths (white, neutral, grey), napkins (white, navy)
wine buckets (for tabletop and freestanding)
outdoor styling
If you are hosting an outdoor function, our market umbrellas, potted standard plants , privacy screens and outdoor lounge furniture are the perfect addition.
Our outdoor furniture range is always expanding, product images can be included in a custom quote after a site inspection.

We can install a separate catering structure for your event and provide the following catering equipment for hire:
gas roaster, bbq, hot box, bain marie (2 and 3 bay)
